Thanks for the pictures Gents, there sure is a lot of nice bikes there that are a credit to you all.

What won the loud bike sound contest? (you owe me new computer speakers!)

graeme

Graeme - I think it was the factory TT2 owned by Jack Silverman; although my vote would have gone to Ralf's TT1.

Ciao, Now I write one more message to the delight of Lou and other friends, they tease me, I can not speak English, our American friends will write a book about my memories, they will do a lot firmer and I will ask the copyright we all live happily ever after.

Lou Saif is a very very nice.

He's funny in proportion to its size.

He is so very nice.

I've lived a wonderful experience.

I still do not know if I've said goodbye to all our American friends.

I know for a fact that Lou Saif, I met him.

THANK YOU MY FRIENDS!!

My mind and my brain are still buzzing from Ducstock. I cant sleep properly I keep lying awake in bed of a night thinking about all the really nice people that I met, and of course the wonderful array of TT's and other Ducati machines that were there. I must thank Lou Saif, Ralph Stechlow and his lovely wife Anita, Steve Munroe and his lovely wife Emila, who worked non stop, thank you Emilia for introducing me to Mexican food !, and Steve, Gerry, Mario, Glenn, Mike,Matty, Roy, Lady Ducati, isint she lovely ! ). I met people who I have always wanted to meet, Cook Neilson, I really hope that you mend well Cook, Phill Shilling, Paul Riter. A guy who I worked with many years ago......Rino Leoni, what a legend, and he still commands an audience !. Chris, and Peter, and Jeff, and Rich Lambrechts,..... and of course Vicky Smith, what a lovely hard working lady, nothing seemed to much trouble to her, thank you Vicky. To everybody that I met, it was a pleasure and a honour, I felt very humbled by your welcome. I want to say a special "BIG" thank you to Lou Saif and Ralph Stechlow for their kindness and generosity. Before I go I must thank Mike Volkes from Canada for building that lovely 600cc F2 Pantah replica, it was a testomy to his skill. I hope that there will be another "ducstock", complete with what I consider to be some of the best looking, and somewhat miss understood racing motor cycles ever built, ( but hey, a little bit of mystery adds a demeanour )...... the Ducati TT1 and TT2's . Thank you all so very much.

Pat Slinn, Poynton, UK.

Ah, the afterglow of Ducstock is still warm. It was fantastic to see everybody. And all the nicely prepared machines and so many legendary people from all over the world. Even the hotel had a nice collection outside the front step. And inside there was some good conversation. Enjoy these shots taken at Ducstock at the Hampton Inn.

Scott,
glad i had some one to ride with it is way too long to drive alone, too bad my F1 didn't make the trip but seeing all the F1's & TT's renewed my energy to finish the race bike. it was great to see everybody again and meet new people with the same affliction. the trackday was a hoot eventhough i had to ride my M750 instead of the F1 hope i wasn't too in the way i spent most of the time trying to figure out the track.
will post pix later
I told you to check that TIRE!
Marty

Ralph's TT 1 and Jacks TT 2 were music to my ears, saying that they all were, a wonderful crescendo of sound !.

Our TT 2 always had a louder "bark" than the TT 1.

Please keep the stories ( and photographs) flowing.

Pat - were you there when Jeff Nash fired that factory TT2 that he bought from Romanelli (for the first time)? That didn't sound like any TT2 I'd ever heard.. Really cammy and like there was no flywheel at all.. Do you know anything about what might have been the spec for that motor?
