As I attempt to fit a sidestand to my F1, I began to wonder why there is one long (230mm) M10 bolt attaching the rear part of the frame to the case. Why did Ducati not choose to use two shorter M10 bolts?
Is the single long bolt supposed to bear the load from the top across both mounting points?
Just curious. d
