MikeV Hi, Thanx.....I am guessing its an F1B, I thought the L might mean Laguna Seca but dont know. The Ducati buyers guide says that the Laguna's came out in 87 and were sold as competition only with no warranty in the US. I happen to have the warranty card for this bike, which says no warranty and it originally was titled new but no plates. I did just get lucky and I have license plates for this bike now. See ya, Clay

vin are euro style. Thanx Brad......My engine number is DM750L75XXXX. If its suppose to have the 1 instead of the 7 (after the "L") to be a Santa Monica, then it is not one. I am not sure that I am interpreting right/US numbers throw a wrinkle. I guess at least I know its a real F1.....but not sure beyond that. Clay

It's a B model. Very cool, Nice score. Looks like it's come from Japan at some point, it has all the hallmarks. 16.5" wheels?

This bike is USA bike, was bought new at the no longer Euro Cycle in Garden Grove CA. In its 30 years, it appears that it has only moved about 10 miles from the dealership. See ya, Clay
