Hello Sam. Do you mean the brackets welded to the frame to hold the aluminum frame plates? Is that what you need? MikeV

Yes Mike correct, as far as I can see from pics there is one roughly half way down the diagonal tube from the steering head to front engine mount and another maybe up a third from the rear engine mount, not sure about the front side mounts though. If I remember correctly ive seen two bosses welded just in front of the fuel tank, is that a mount for the fairing as well ? do you have a pic of the front stay/support from the head stock ? Lastly what size of alloy flat bar is used for the stays.
Thank you in advance Sam

OK. Give us a few days. Somewhere on here are the dimensions of the TT2 fairings stays. Try the search button and see what you can find there in the meantime. MikeV

What are the two small aluminum rings with wires on them used for? What is this I see here? MikeV

I picked up my motor yesterday from Paul Klatkiewicz of DTS down in Wakefield. My woirk load for the next 6 months or so would not have freed up enought time to get the TT done for the Moidart run end of April 2018 and thought this would be the easiest and quickest option. Full rebuild including new big end shells ,big end bolts main bearings, gas flowed heads , exhaust valves and guides lightweight flywheel (saving of 900g) with Sachse digital ignition. I had already made a start on the motor by soda blasting the cases heads and barrels also polishing the outer covers prior to de-greasing. Looks good enough to sit in the lounge. Attachment:
