Bill... Modified Production Twin had yellow plates and normally a race on Saturday. Only LRRS people know what a "junior" is. You had to have an expert license to run AMA. As Warren mentioned if you finished that race in the top 5 then there was automatic entry into the GP class the next day.

Wow, thanks for the great picture! So many friends and just great people in that photo....Jimmy in particular was my hero when I was younger and became a friend and supporter by the time this photo was taken, he is missed greatly every time I think about the fun we had on the track back then. I have as yet to have the heart to sell mybike (#52).....it sits, still, in my garage awaiting those moments it is fired up to annoy the neighbors!
