Hello guys, help .. help, now I will try to answer all of you.

When you do me the questions, you must write to me as if I were an idiot child.

Subject, action and complement.

Example: I speak Italian.

I: subject

I speak: Action

Italian: complement

I am too stupid to learn English.

I seem to have realized that, you ask me how I welded frames Moretti.
The frames are TIG welded.

The price of the frames, will be done when they are ready all the resin parts.

I am replying, 6 tanks, 6 seats, 6 bottoms, all numbered.

Sorry for my English, I am working as a contest of endurance, to respond to your messages.

Long live the simultaneous translator. Carlo

Hello Guys, thanks to my great friend Pat, her compliments make me feel comfortable, because Pat has a great experience, and this is very good for me.

Greetings also to his friend Francis.

I do tomorrow, or at most tomorrow, I will go to Leghorn, to see the first frame completed. My interest will weigh everything.

As soon as I can, I will put more photos.

Tuesday or Wednesday, I'm going to see, how is the production of resins, (tank, seat, fairing) I will put the photos.

I regret not having yet said, the price of this kit.

I do not want to be a man of mystery.

I am a craftsman, who tries to replicate a small production of frames.

If I were to calculate the time that I need to make this type of project, the price would be very high.

I do not calculate all the time I need, because I, am impressed by the passion to achieve that vision.
I do a lot of work, after I've already been working in my shop all day.
I will also try to maintain a reasonable price.

I believe that the kit, it will cost a little money, because there are many components, which are made only to be mounted together on this project.

All kits include: frame, swingarm complete with progressive linkage, tank, seat, lower fairing, windshield, plexiglass.

I think it will also provide the platforms, the elastic fastening, and I do not know yet what I will do exactly.

Thank you all for your interest in my project. CARLO

Hello guys, as I promised, I'll show more photos of my project.

We have made molds, to replicate the resin parts, full fairing, and seat back.

We're working on the project, the tank mold.

We will do a piece of cloth to put under the layer of resin, with the inscription:

Reply moretti 001/010.

We will do the same with all the components of this limited series.

If you have questions to ask, I am at your disposal.

Soon as I can I will let you know the price of the kit.

Ciao dall'Italia Carlo Leoncini

Hello guys, the first frame is already ready to be listed as the first made.
I tried to assemble the parts in an engine case and everything is going ok.

Now the number plate will pay TIG, and I have already ordered the roll cages to be mounted on the progressive linkage damper.

I already ordered the absorber rods for unibol, and also for the rear brake bar collet.

We put some photos.

Hello, Charles Leoncini.

File comment: accommodation has been made on the milling machine in order to make the seat of the roller bearing after the frame has been welded.

Of course, the steering column has been done before smaller, in order to do this.

Of course you all know that when joining a spherical surface welding tends to pull the welded part and ovality.

All this was done to make a perfectly round surface, you can put inside the bearing without problems.

Sorry for my English.

Hello everyone, my project REPLICA FRAME MORETTI, went on very slowly, in Italy we have a very scary moment, in Italy it is very cold, we are not equipped for this type of temperatures, I hope that spring comes early, I'm going to sunbathe in AUSTRALIA, as Mister Crocodile!

I think after the first 15 days the tank and all the resins are ready.

The first frame (001) has been promised and delivered to a good friend of mine, he has financially helped me realize my project REPLICA FRAME MORETTI.
Of course he wanted the chassis number 001.
I had to do him this favor.
The frame number 002 is the bike that I and a friend of Milan, the Italian league will endurance.
I decided to leave the Italian league up (trophy of the mountain).
I want to make this promise to my wife Antonella.
The road races are very dangerous.
My wife told me to make a beautiful motorcycle, and only competing on the circuit.
I will do this for her, I think you are right.
I soon as I finish the construction of the 4 frames.
I do a little calculation, I will tell you how much the kit chassis, resin parts, and other accessories.
I beg you to have a little patience.
For now the frames are already sold 2, 4 frames for sale, 4 frames yet to be built, for a total of 10 frames and then stop.

I will say again that I'm building the petrol taps with high flow, special tensioner for the swingarm MORETTI.

I'm building, fuel tank caps, billet, with the preparation, to make filling ENDURACE.

I'll show you my house, and then I'll see my bike.

I hope that everything I have said is clear.
You tell me if it is not understandable.
Hello Carlo Leroncini How many of you came to America I bought the American flag.

Hello friends, I went ahead with the project "FRAME MORETTI REPLICA".
I would do a good job.
I hope to do a good job.
Things to do are many and it takes time, I think I'm about to arrive.
I still have to finish the tank cap.

I would like to replicate the fuel tap is a tap with a long range.

I replied, pulling the chain, the chain tensioner is larger than that of the frame Verlicchi.

I replied, venting of the tank, you can see the photos.
For me it is difficult to explain my work in English.
Excuse me.

Monday morning I go to my friend Succi (Europlast) and take the kit number three.
When my producer has completed the tank caps, I will tell you the price.
Just sit back, so if you lose your senses, do not be evil.

I am a fool, I'm ruined with this project.

Hello, from that Tuscany, Carlo Leoncini.
