I want to correct myself. You are looking for the loose wire with a connector that goes hot when you turn on the ignition. It is part of your original wiring harness, and at some point you disconnected it from the Bosch harness. Think back. It maybe/probably has a different connector that you will need to mate with the small Kokusan harness. Use a simple test lamp, or multimeter, or hold the ends of any loose wires that look all alone and turn on the ignition! JOKE. The start button would be next, but i think you have already found that? Sorry i repeat myself, but this is bugging me. MikeV

An immage explain more than thousand worlds.
Thank you MIkeV for the message.
Wiring harness is good and the connection i made are good. As replyied to Cal, the issue is in front of me , then i managed to found it.
the issue was in installing the Kokusan rotor on Stock Pantah flywheel, without realaizing the housing is different. then the starter working properly without rotating the engine and the rotor, so no spark. I installed "Kokusan" Flywheel and the engine run good giving the proper spark.
now the bike run properly.

tank you all for the help an the encouragement you give me.

Thank you all for reply.
MikeV you're right this was a collective effort. Now is time to start a new project ;)
thank you

i rode the bike for a few last night.
she run in cold at the first attempt, this is impressive for my Pantah habit, i feel a light gap in rising rpm but just a few.

280 mm brembo rotor are very promising, still need to set properly but (thank you again Carlo) they have a smooth and progressive braking feeling
