Keep at it Paul. I am paint stripping some parts today and forgot how much fun it is! NOT! Keep sending in your progress pics, we can't wait to see her 'brought back to life'. Lou

The tank is done, well as much as I can do! Decided to leave the tank with a brushed look and red decals. I will try and get some more pictures up next week without bodywork, currently doing the valves, had new brake and clutch lines made. Thanks to Ed Millich, I can install a starter and charging system.

Thanks Steve, I also have my 748 engine apart, waiting for the crank and new pistons before it can go back together! Paul

This bike looks more unique everytime we see it. I really appreciate seeing these kinds of details. MikeV

Starter and charging system now installed, shot some alcohol in the carbs and it fired! Took the tank to work today, put some fuel in and the result is pretty good since the engine haasn't run in 20 years! Needs a little tuning! Sorry about the camera work! Video: http://youtu.be/2PCbtoXm460

This is official notification that this thread is now under new management. Paul has graciously turned it over after a lot of hard work getting it off the ground, and we hope to pick right up and keep going where he left off. The preliminary plan is to take it over to Bruce Meyers' on Thursday so he can be present for a run up. Then continue prepping it for a shake down at a Fishtail track day at Loudon, July 9th. Then hopefully have it ready to race at Loudon in the P89 class on July 21st.
Stay tuned.... Bill
