You should try Phil at Road and Race

I ordered one from him recently, it hasn't arrived yet so can't comment on quality etc.

Regards

Joe

I like Airtech. Last winter I fitted up a complete set of their early style 851 bodywork on the ex-Adamo bike I'm rebuilding. That first style 851 bodywork is overly complicated, but all the Airtech parts fit properly, were reasonably light and were well made. I've had good luck with other parts I've gotten there too. If you contact them, ask for "Dutch", he was very good to work with.

You can get them from Old Ducati Racing Spares in Italy but the postage would probably have you making them yourself.

If I can add my six cents worth here, for my F1 project I have just bought a F1 race-fairing from Jim Blomley at http://www.twowheelclassics.co.uk . The finish is excellent, but of course the postage to the States etc is not cheap unless you group several together.
The way I look at things is this; I prefer to pay the price for quality rather than accept the cheaper version ,which then often causes visual grief.

I bought a steering-damper made by Storz Engineering in USA. Not cheap with the duty, but a really fine piece.

Hi Ducfan,

I have this set of F1 fairings that I imported from Italy (at considerable $ expense) http://www.europlastsucci.com/ducatif1.asp for a project I have since shelved. :(

Europlast make the fibreglass for Carlo Leoncini's Moretti Replica you will find here on the forum: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=928&hilit=f1+fairing&start=10

If you are interested I am sure we can work out a reasonable price.

Cheers,

Hello Friends, if I can do something, I'm here.

Unfortunately, in Italy everything has become very very expensive price, and shipping costs have increased tremendously.

I'm a friend of EUROPLASTSUCCI.

I'm here. ;) ciao dall'italia Carlo Leoncini

I've had two sets of Airtech F1 bodywork on mine[it crashes OK but try to avoid it] and the fit and quality is very good.
It is my understanding you can have them made in carbon fiber too if you want to spend the money.
