... it might look something like I have planned for 2022 (Or maybe 2023). A street version. Have always admired his bevel racer. Quite a few bevel owners, and a few Pantah owners, have replicated this bike, or built "tributes" to it, so this not really a new idea. Attachment:

Going to try to enjoy the track bikes that are now ready, and “relax” through this build. MikeV

Very cool Mike! Love those EPM's! That seat/tank combo is very interesting, where is it from. Looks super comfortable. Lou

Missed your question Lou. Got the aluminum tank twelve years ago when building the #8, and then realized it was wrong. Won’t have to worry about ethanol. Got the tail with seat from somewhere in the world off fleabay. It is fairly symmetrical (not all are), and is comfortable. Had some rough spots in the fiberglass, but the seat is nice. And I had to modify/add-to the back of the tank to line up vertically and horizontally with it. I think they fit well now. MikeV

Hi Mike. Beautiful bike, I always had the idea that if I made a bevel again I would choose this design. I am sure you will do a good job.

Since we are in a bodywork theme now, I hated how the tank and seat and frame first sat together. So, with some trepidation I cut and welded the tank to make things line up better. Funny that TIG tungstens are described as "non-disposables", because I can destroy them rather quickly. MikeV Attachment:

This post is a mistake. And the site won’t let me leave it blank or just delete it.
So, as to not let this go to waste, I will reply to Lou’s post below. NO.

Hi Mike, awesome job! I love the way that looks. Are you keeping that lettering on the tank? Lol. Lou

I am still doing something on this. The track day incident slowed me down. And lifting and spinning the frame became difficult, so I had it powder-coated. Painted a bunch of small parts in the dungeon. I like the over-all stance so far. MikeV Attachment:
